One Jungle

The sailor walks across the ocean
Unsafe on waves of glass
Any time dark skies can open
Could perish at the mast
His stomach burns
The potion answers
Combing the earth
For what it's worth
Lifting each sea stone
Money comes
And money goes
But man must have a home

Hunter in his leafy temple
Monkeys sing the lion's ride
Jungle tempting with example
His gun is always by his Side
The traitor seeks to be his friend
The flesh he seeks
Walks soft to hide
Beneath the mountain
Lies the bone
Money comes
and money goes
But man must have a home

Astronaut on travelled plan
Searching for the other man
The looking glass
In his right hand
Just a plastic pawn
Glancing backwards
Through a goldfish bowl
In pill bunk light
He sleeps alone
Money comes and money goes
But man must have a home
