NFL Wild Card

Saturday
Redskins @ Seattle(-3.5)
Interesting game. A team that runs the ball against a team that can’t, but who plays well at home. I like running the ball, and I like getting more than a FG in a game that should be close.
Jaguars @ Pittsburgh(+2.5)
Without Parker, I have to take Jax here.
Sunday
Giants @ Tampa(-2.5)
Ah, yes, the up-and-down Giants. Even though they lost last week, they were up, so I assume they’ll be crappy this week. Bucs.
Titans @ San Diego(-10)
I fully expect the Chargers to win against a dinged-up Tennessee team, but that’s too many points.

Redskins @ Seattle(-3.5)
The Redskins are definitely the sexy pick here, but Seattle just keeps winning these games. I’m going to give the points. Hasslebeck will come up big.
Jaguars @ Pittsburgh(+2.5)
I think the Jaguars are better, and 2 weeks ago, they dropped over 250 yards rushing on the Steeler D. Plus Parker is out. On the other hand, Polamalu is back and there’s now way they rush for so many yards this time. And Ben is a 100+ quarterback. And they’re at home. And getting points? I’m going with the Steelers.
Giants @ Tampa(-2.5)
Such a coin flip game! I’ll take the points.
Titans @ San Diego(-10)
Will Young play enough to keep it close? This does seem like too many points, though. I’ll take the Titans.
