Aww, come on, didn’t the Raiders just beat the Bengals? And didn’t the Cowboys just look like crap even though they won? Well, OK, we should be sensitive to more than one week of history… but man, that’s just too many points for me. Gulp. I guess I’m actually picking the Raiders. Yikes.

Giants @ Denver(+7)
That just feels like too many points; should the Giants really be giving seven on the road? Err, well, watch any of the last couple Broncos games and I guess it’s not that hard to see. I hate giving that many points, but I just don’t see how Denver is going to extract themselves from the current death spiral.
Packers at Lions (+11)
With Stafford and Johnson out, you have to go Packers. Especially considering the Lions have no kind of pass rush, Rodgers will have all day back there. Give the points.
Raiders at Cowboys (-13.5)
Yes, Gradkowski played well, but last week was a predictable laydown job by the Bengals. The Cowboys need a win and generally do well on Thanksgiving. This is a terrible spot for Gradkowski and he will get killed by the Cowboys D-Line and there will be at least 2 picks. Give the big number.
Giants at Broncos (+7)
I can’t believe I’m going against the Broncos, at home, against a suspect Giants team. But the Broncos are in such a steep tailspin – this isn’t the kind of game they need to pull out of it. I’ll give the points AGAIN.
